How do I reset my log in?
Go to www.volunteer.odays.dk and click on the "Log in" button.
If you have forgotten your password, select "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address to reset it.
If you need to change your email address, please log in and update it via your profile settings (see below).
Can I change my information?
Yes.
1. Go to www.volunteer.odays.dk and log in.
2. Click on your name in the top right corner.
3. Select "Profile" and then "Edit profile".
4. Make the necessary changes.
5. Click "Update member" to save your changes.
Can I work together with a friend?
Yes. When signing up, you can provide the full name of your friend(s).
We always aim to accommodate such requests. However, as scheduling is complex, we cannot guarantee that you will be assigned to the same shift.
Please note:
1) You must sign up for the same team.
2) You must provide your friend’s full name.
If these conditions are not met, it will not be possible to assign you to the same shift.
How do I see my shifts?
Once you have been assigned a shift, you can view it by:
1) Logging in at www.volunteer.odays.dk.
2) Clicking on "Portal" in the left-hand menu.
3) Selecting "My Shifts".
All volunteers will receive a notification when the shift schedule is available.

Volunteer Advantages
As a volunteer at O Days, you receive the following:
1) A unique volunteer experience and the opportunity to contribute to O Days’ volunteer culture.

5) Invitations to O Days volunteer events.
6) Invitations to selected Live Nation concerts.
Address
Your volunteer shift will take place on site, at Sønder Hoved, Refshaleøen 1432, Copenhagen.
Transport
Bike: You can easily bike to the festival. From the city centre of Copenhagen, you can bike via Inderhavnsbroen all the way to Refshaleøen. The entrance is just after La Banchina and next to Amass.
Bus: You can take bus 2A to Refshaleøen, which stops at Refshalevej just next to the entrance. The harbour bus stops right at the festival site.
Car: If you come by car there are a limited amount of parking spots. Please follow the city guidelines for parking.
Valid Identification
O Days is responsible for ensuring that no illegal foreign labor is used at the festival. Therefore, all volunteers must have the legal right to work in Denmark.
You have the right to work in Denmark if:
1) You are a Danish citizen.
2) You are a citizen of an EU/EEA country, Norway, or Switzerland.
3) You hold a valid Danish residence permit that includes permission to work. The permit must be issued in Denmark by SIRI, the Danish Immigration Service, or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. A European residence card is not valid documentation in Denmark.
You must provide your citizenship information during registration and again when collecting your wristband.
Your access wristband cannot be issued if you do not present valid identification.
A) Danish Citizens
You must present one of the following:
1) A valid passport in physical form.
OR
2) A color photo of your passport along with a valid physical or digital personal ID card (driver’s license, Danish ID card, or health card). The ID card must verify the passport photo.
B) EU/EEA, Norway, or Switzerland Citizens
You must present a valid passport in physical form.
C) Citizens Outside EU/EEA
You must present:
1) A valid passport in physical form
2) A Danish-issued residence permit including a valid work permit
If you are unsure whether your residence permit includes permission to work, please consult the official SIRI guidelines.
We emphasize that you cannot receive your access wristband without proper identification.
Issuance of Access Wristband
Wristbands are personal and will only be issued directly onto your wrist. Loose wristbands cannot be provided. You must ensure that you can keep the wristband on until and after the festival.
A) If you work before the festival, you will receive your wristband after completing your shift.
B) If you work during or after the festival, you may collect your wristband from July 24th, 2026.
If you cannot collect your wristband before the festival begins, please arrive early, as queues may occur.
Your volunteer T-shirt will be provided when you check in for your shift.
Volunteer Office
You can contact the Volunteer Office at frivillig@odays.dk with any questions. Before the setup period begins, we do not operate a phone line.
Once the setup period starts, the Volunteer Office will be available on-site. We assist with practical matters, directions, and any concerns or experiences you may wish to discuss.
Meeting Point for Shifts
You must be fully ready for your shift at the exact start time.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your shift begins to:
1) Check in.
2) Collect equipment.
3) Fill your water bottle.
4) Locate your meeting point.
If you arrive late, O Days reserves the right to reassign you to another shift.
If delayed, you must inform the Volunteer Office as soon as possible.
A contact number will be provided before the festival.
Catering During your Shifts
You will receive snacks and one meal during your shift. Please eat before arriving, as your meal break may occur later during the shift.
Bring your own water bottle for refilling at the water stations on-site.
Volunteer Hours
As a volunteer, you choose to work before, during, or after the festival. The relevant period is indicated in the team name.
A) Before the festival: One 10-hour shift.
B) During the festival: One 9-hour shift (12-hour shift for bar teams).
C) After the festival: One 8-hour shift.
We strive to keep volunteers on their chosen teams. However, circumstances may require reassignment. Your work period will remain the same, and you will always be contacted before any changes are made.
Shift Swapping or Team Changes
If you wish to swap your shift, contact the Volunteer Office at frivillig@odays.dk. Please note that shift swaps and team changes cannot be guaranteed.
Approval of Shift
You will receive an email when the shift schedule is available. You must review and approve your shift. Your access pass cannot be downloaded unless your shift has been approved.
Cancellation
If you are unable to volunteer, cancellation procedures depend on how close it is to the festival.
We strongly encourage finding a replacement volunteer or arranging an alternative shift. In such cases, potential fees may be waived.

Working with Friends
You may request to work with a friend. While we do our best to accommodate such requests, it cannot be guaranteed.
When signing up, provide your friend’s full name and ensure that you both register for the same team.
Age Requirement
The minimum age to volunteer at O Days is 18 years old due to the level of responsibility associated with many volunteer tasks.
Safe Environment at O Days
O Days does not tolerate or accept discrimination based on gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation, as well as violent behavior or verbal harassment.
We strive to create a safe and respectful working environment where everyone feels comfortable expressing themselves and setting boundaries.
If you experience or witness inappropriate behavior:
Contact a colleague or the Volunteer Office.
In serious cases, report the matter to Live Nation HR in collaboration with the Volunteer Office.

All reports are handled confidentially and seriously.

Worker's Compensation Insurance
All volunteers are covered by mandatory worker’s compensation insurance. This covers personal injury but does not cover private belongings.
If you bring personal items such as a laptop or mobile phone, this is at your own risk. Additionally, O Days holds organizer liability insurance covering damage to third parties caused by volunteers during work.
All injuries must be reported immediately to the Volunteer Office.
Cancellation
If you are unable to volunteer at O Days after all, you have the option to cancel. The process for cancellation depends on how close it is to the festival.
If you are unable to take your shift, we always encourage either finding a new shift together in another time slot or finding a new volunteer who can take over your assigned shifts. This way, any potential fees will be waived.

The rules at O Days reflect the general standards of respectful behavior in society.
Always follow the instructions of the security staff on site. They are there to ensure everyone’s safety and to create a positive experience at O Days.
If these Rules & Regulations, as well as general societal standards of conduct, are violated, O Days reserves the right to blacklist you as a volunteer, cut or block your wristband, and/or issue a violation fee of DKK 1,750 incl. VAT.
By registering as a volunteer at O Days 2026, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms below.
Age
I promise that I am over 18 years of age before my first shift.
Hours of Service
As a Volunteer, I must choose to volunteer either before, during or after the festival. I understand that:
A) If I choose to work before the festival, I will work 10 hours in one shift. B) If I choose to work during the festival, I will work 9 hours in one shift (12 hours for bar teams).
C) If I choose to work after the festival, I will work 8 hours in one shift.

You acknowledge and accept that:
A) You register for the team you wish to work with. However, circumstances may arise where the Volunteer Office requires your assistance elsewhere. Your selected team is your starting point, but a specific position is not guaranteed.
B) The period of your work will remain the same, and you will always be contacted before any changes are made.
C) The cancellation deadline is July 26th, 2026, at 12:00 PM. After this date and time, your volunteer registration becomes binding.
D) You must not miss a shift without notifying the Volunteer Office. Notification must be sent by email to frivillig@odays.dk.
E) You must be ready for work when your shift begins. It is recommended that you arrive at least 30 minutes before your shift starts.
F) In the event of acute illness or unforeseen circumstances, you must inform the Volunteer Office as soon as possible. In special cases, O Days may require a medical certificate at your own expense
D) In the event of non-attendance, late cancellation, or breach of these Rules & Regulations, O Days reserves the right to blacklist you as a volunteer, cut or block your wristband, and issue a fee of DKK 1,750 incl. VAT.
Valuables
You acknowledge and accept that:
A) You bring valuables to O Days at your own risk.
B) All volunteers at O Days are covered by mandatory work injury insurance. This insurance covers personal injury only and does not cover personal belongings. Any personal items, such as computers or mobile phones, are your own responsibility.
Euphorizing Substances
Alcohol
Violence
You acknowledge and accept that:
A) The use and trade of illegal or psychoactive substances are strictly prohibited. If you witness any use or trade, you must immediately contact security staff on site.
B) You must not attend your shift under the influence of alcohol, and you are not permitted to consume alcohol during your shift.
C) It is strictly prohibited to give away food, drinks, or other items from food stalls, bars, or other areas at O Days. Unauthorized distribution will be considered theft.
D) It is not permitted to bring your own drinks to the festival site, except for water. Water stations will be available on site, and you may bring your own water bottle for refilling.
E) Violence, fighting, threats, vandalism, or any form of aggressive behavior are not tolerated. Violations will result in immediate ejection and revocation of your wristband.
Press & Artists
You acknowledge and accept that:
A) Tape recorders, video cameras, DSLR cameras, or professional photo equipment are not permitted without prior written permission. Small pocket-sized digital cameras and mobile phones are allowed.
B) It is prohibited to take photos of artists, request autographs, or contact artists in any way. Please respect the artists’ privacy at all times.
C) All official communication with the press must go through management. You are not permitted to speak to the press about or on behalf of O Days festival.
General Behavior
O Days does not tolerate discrimination based on gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic. Violent behavior, harassment, or verbal abuse will not be accepted.
At O Days and Live Nation, we strive to create a workplace where everyone feels safe, respected, and comfortable. We encourage open dialogue and respect for personal boundaries.
If you experience or witness behavior that makes you feel unsafe or uncomfortable:
A) Speak with your team coordinator. If this is not possible, contact a trusted colleague or the Volunteer Office.
B) In more serious cases, you may report the matter to HR. Reporting will be handled in collaboration with your team coordinator or the Volunteer Office.
O Days requires your consent to process and store your personal information in connection with your role as a volunteer. By signing up as a volunteer for O Days 2026, you provide the consents below.
Consent for Storage and Processing of Personal Data
Personal data may include, but is not limited to:
1) Name
2) Address
3) Date of birth
4) Phone number
5) Email address
6) Citizenship and work permit documentation (if applicable)
This list is not exhaustive. O Days does not process sensitive personal data unless required by law.
Your consent allows O Days to process your personal data for the following purposes:
1) Administration of your volunteer registration
2) Communication regarding available positions
3) Practical information related to O Days 2026
4) General communication with volunteers before, during, and after the festival
Furthermore, you grant O Days permission to share your name with other volunteers where relevant for coordination purposes.
Photo and Video Consent
By registering as a volunteer, you grant O Days permission to take photos and/or video recordings in which you may appear during O Days 2026.
This material may be used both internally and externally on the following platforms:

B) volunteer.odays.dk
C) Social media channels
D) Publications
E) Marketing materials
F) Newsletters
If you do not wish to grant permission for photo or video use, you must notify O Days in writing at frivillig@odays.dk.
Legal Basis
All personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
Withdrawl of Consent
As a volunteer, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
If you wish to withdraw your consent and have your personal data deleted from O Days’ systems, please contact frivillig@odays.dk.
Please note that withdrawal of consent may affect your ability to volunteer at O Days 2026.
Volunteer Responsibility regarding Personal Data
If, in connection with your role as a volunteer, you gain access to personal data, you may be considered a data processor under applicable data protection legislation.
You are required to:
A) Process personal data lawfully and confidentially
B) Use personal data only for authorized festival-related purposes
C) Prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of personal data
Failure to comply with applicable data protection laws may result in legal consequences, including fines.
You undertake to return, delete, and/or securely destroy any personal data covered by the GDPR after the end of the festival, unless otherwise instructed by O Days.
